I have noticed that the 2.4 Ghz processor for the inspiron 1720 is not available in canada but is in the us. Can anyone tell me why this is and if it will ever change? Also, will the xps 1330 be edited in the near future to add a better video car to it?

Dell has different divisions in different countries, so their options will be different also. Keep checking back and maybe that option will become available.

The xps 1330 was JUST introduced, so it will be a while before the next version will come out. But even so, I would very much doubt that it will get a better gpu simply because it's too small of a package to put in a powerful gpu. So don't hold your breath for an improved gpu in the 1330 anytime soon.
