I have a glossy IPS screen and the glare is driving me nuts. My budget is $30 or so. The ones I found on Amazon aren't impressing me with mediocre reviews. I've seen Photodon as a recommendation. Thoughts? Thanks.

It's all in application. They're all more or less the same tech, just a PET film with silicon based adhesive. Just steam up your bathroom with a hot shower ahead of time to take dust out of the air. Take a tupperware big enough to fit the film in, fill it partially with warm water with a drop or two of dish soap. Dip the film in it, then lay it on the LCD while in the steamy bathroom. The silicon adhesive won't lose its tackiness because of this, it will adhere much better after the water starts to evaporate/dry.
But this way you can move it around on the screen more or less freely to get it in position. Then squeegee the bubbles out with a credit card. Over the next week more air bubbles will form, but massage them out daily. After 5-7 days there will be NO bubbles at all and look like it's meant to be there. Source: Me.
