Anyone know of a good deal/source for 4GB PC3-10600 DDR3 1333 SODIMM stick of RAM? Also, is it worth the bucks to buy the 1600mhz or 1866mhz sticks? In a real world scenario, will the difference be noticeable? Mind you, I am going from a Latitude D600 to a Lenovo W520 with a i7-2720 process (when I get it), so I know I will be impress with the speed already.

No difference in speed, but no difference in price either (keep looking for deals).

I would rather have the 'faster' RAM at the same price - but, that's just me.

Also, matched sticks are better than a mish-mash of them. (Sell your old one(s)).

    Good luck.
