I called up Dell... the lady on the other end was a bit hard too hear with low phone volume, so I hope I got my reference number right :).

Anyway, we setup a new account using my current Verizon Wireless cell phone number. I was told too wait 24 hours and if I did not get a confirmation email, too call back.

Well, I didn't get the email, but I tried too authenticate anyway. It didn't take me through the signup process this time. Instead, it gave me an error code, 913 I believe and said too call a certain number.

Is that a good sign, or a bad sign?
