So I bought a videocard less than 2 months ago but more than 30 days ago. Their return policy specifically says like "yeah we totally accept refunds within 30 days". What it doesn't mention is, refunds outside of the 30 days. And from what I gathered is they don't offer them I guess ? Basically I asked them twice and they're like "hey we're gonna read off what the store refund policy page says and then link it. Please do our survey now" and their refund policy page shows barely any info.

Basically I guess not mentioning a refund policy outside of the 30 days means you can't ever get a refund even on unopened stuff . Which if that's the sneaky case on their part, then screw ever ordering from their website again

Sounds like they'll do an RMA, but not a full refund?

What did you buy, might be able to sell it on here and get close to what you paid for it?

    I bought a 1080ti. Basically a tl;dr for it is this :

Bought 1080ti like 45 days ago (out of 30 day window).

Went on chat, just asking them about their policy since their policy says "Still more questions? Back to Main Help Page". Person on chat gave cookie cutter responses from the dull, info-less returns and cancellations page.

So I sent them a email, just asking them if they have a refund policy for unopened items outside of 30 days. Got another long version of a cookie cutter "yeah sure if its within 30 days we'll do the refund. Oh and if you could please fill out this survey".

So I responded to them just simply asking like, ok... I understand that that, that says they offer refunds Within 30 days but what about outside of that 30 days for unopened products? Obviously receive another cookie cutter response and its basically the same thing but with a added "basically we only accept refunds within 30 days because that's when products are more likely to fail. .....Please answer our survey". I'm not even joking about the survey parts they must throw it onto everything.

So after I received the seconds response this is my copy and paste of what I said "That's weird. Whatever it's a learning experience I guess. You guys really should add that you accept no refunds outside of that 30 day window to that page. Cuz anyone else accepts refunds even if opened"

Basically I didn't really mind, I just thought it was stupid that it doesn't mention it at all, making you kinda feel like even if outside of 30 days, you could return it for even a restock fee yaknow?

And then just last night at like 3am, they sent me refund/return information. I already opened it because I had 3 people tell me "they do not accept refunds of unopened products even if its less than 2 months later. I'm not even unhappy with the GPU or their refund policy, they just should add somewhere that says "no refunds whatsoever for unopened products outside of 30 days".
