    Hi,

I am in search of a laptop and for some odd way found a extended warranty service seller on Ebay. After checking out the website and calling them(guy was helpful), it seems they get this through Mack.

Their warranties are cheaper than BestBuy's or others.

In addition, they actually "extend" the warranty since theirs starts after the manufacturer's warranty runs out. It usually costs about $100 for 3 years additional..meaning for consumers...4 years since most lappys have 1 yr manu warranty.

I talked with them and it seems that they will do everything possible to repair the laptop and moneyback is an option they don't like, but is there. Also, shipping both ways are on the consumer.

To me this sounds better than to pay up to 30% for warranties.

Anyone heard of them? Any experience with them?
