Anyone know the difference between these three drives?

One internal difference may be whether the USB interface is on the drive itself or provided by an SATA - USB adapter. I recall that pe0ple were buying the early external 2TB drives to pull them apart to use the bare drive. If this aspect is not of interest to you then get whichever meets your size / price criteria.

The last link had a 4TB fast drive, wonder if this is two drives in raid0?

I was wondering that too. Although with only 900mA out of USB 3.0, how will it power dual drives?

They all fill the same purpose... but they have different enclosures. They have different model numbers, because they are actually differetn models with different SKUs.

The (retail) prices are all the same... $120. The latest model is $130, since it has cloud backup features.

Avoid the one which has 2x2TB drives in RAID0, it is reported to be unstable. There is a single 2.5" 4TB Seagate external drive, buy that instead.

They are all the same drive in different enclosures. Don't worry, performance should be the same. The size of the case and the bundled software are the only notable differences.
