    Specs look the same other than the model name difference (OEM vs Retail). I'll go for whichever price is lower.

    same for me, i prefer the cheapest since they have a same specs.

    Just for your additional option, take a look on Seagate Caviar Green. I bought it for only 85 bucks with 1 TB storage, 7200 rpm, 32 MB cache and SATA 3 GB/s interfaced. ;)

    I think the OP needs a notebook sized hard drive.
    There are mainly 3 general forms that hard drives come in:

    3.5" (Desktop size)
    2.5" (Notebook size) and
    1.8" (sub-notebook size).
