    Hello,

I have E1505 and wanting to use 5.1 speakers I bought recently. Well, I thought about external sound card made by Creative but price was somewhat high for me. Than, I realized that I can purchase y-adapter(it splits headphone jack to two audio input. Anybody using Y-adapter wit their speakers? How's the quality?

    Thank you

I got an external sound card for my e1705 for $45. Is that too expensive? I believe it is worth it.

I got one for 30 dollars with a 5.1 channel headphones (which I sold for $15). I'm too lazy to reach back and find the model number but it's an MMGear external USB 2.0. Works like a charm.
