Seems okay.
Personally, I would recommend this one because it has a lifetime warranty. If there's ever any trouble, just get an RMA number, and they'll overnight you back a new stick (although it'll take awhile for processing). I just been through the process recently and I'm impressed with OCZ.

Edit: Actually, they both have lifetime warranties. Guess that's the industry standard now. A quick glance at the A-Data website also shows that they have a fairly easy RMA process, so go ahead and save the money on the A-Data one. All memory is the same really. -
I bought that about two months ago for my R61. Popped it in and it was detected without a hitch.
For what it's worth, my stick came with Samsung chips, so it can't be that cheap. -
