    I'm looking for a before/ after benchmark of the Samsung 840 Pro. One without encryption, one with encryption.

    Can't find any that do this.

    FDE encryption, the mechanism built into it. For laptops with TPM/ supporting BIOS you can enable it. I've seen no benchmark of it after this though. I am very interested in knowing.
