I've been thinking of a notebook for a while now and I'm probably going to end up getting the 8510p and shipping it to Canada, where I reside. However, it comes with 1 GB of RAM so I'm at adding another GB of RAM. I looked at NCIX and saw these at relatively low prices. So here I am posting this and looking for reviews/comments on the below RAM.

Both appear to be good deals for DDR2 667 ram. Both of them are from good ram manufacturers (crucial and corsair) so quality is going to be good as well.

With all things being equal here I would go for the one that cost less and that appears to be the crucial 1Gb ram stick. I would go for that one. :)

All I want to say is I suspect they will send you the unit with 2sticks so you do have to buy more! But still I would buy the least amount of RAM and upgrade!

Have used both and had no problem with either. I'm still using the Corsair sticks in my latest notebook......

Yes, I've used OCZ ram in a couple of laptops without a problem.
