Thanks for the link. The other related articles were good reading too, although some of it was review for me.

+1. This article is very interesting, I also bookmarked this website.
Thanks. -

I dont remember if the article had a link to this one:
Solid-state revolution: in-depth on how SSDs really work | Ars Technica
but this is a more comprehensive article on what we are now. And what SSDs are.
Didnt perceive a review in there. Its a commentary on what we have it will inevitably lead to some comparisons and names in the article.
Ars is one of the most interesting science sites that there are right now. -
Same, seems like a very interesting website. -
Ars Technica is definitely one of the best informational websites out there.
I can't comment on the science stuff (wayyy above my head, even the biology stuff is too much for me), but I only count one bad article where they compared static html5 image ads to an animated flash ad* and concluded that flash was a power hog.
its pretty much the opposite of giz; which is a very, very good thing.
*honestly don't remember the whole situation...but it was BBAAAADDDD -
Been going to ars for a while and yes it is a nice place to look for news and editorials. They also make their sources easy to find and available which is something i consider rather important.

I find the pieces on physics rather fascinating, Im no expert far from it, but its always filled with links for us (read me that dont understand much of high physics) to actually learn something from there. -
this is the place for SSD information:
