Where are you going to find an adapter that acts has a SATA device AND has a USB-C host?
What exists is USB-C device to SATA host.
What you want is well, impossible and SATA doesn't speak NVMe, you would need a beefy FPGA if it even is possible, because NVMe was created to remove/reduce the limitations that SATA imposes due to its age and legacy. -
I'm confused by 2.5 SATA. Do you perhaps mean a 2.5" SATA drive? 2.5" SATA drives usually connect by just a SATA cable (for a standard computer) or SATA ribbon for a laptop.
What do you want to do with the NVMe drive + NVMe to USB-C converter? Just plug it in to use as an removable, external disk drive?
Ask) Connect Nvme SSD Samsung 970 Evo To Sata 2.5 Use Nvme to USB Type-C Adapter & Type-C to Sata?
