    Hello!

I just received my Asus Eee PC 1005HA and I was thinking about upgrading to 2Gb of RAM. I want to install Windows 7 and upgrade my RAM.

What are some good ram sticks to use?

Do I only need to buy an 1 GB stick or do I need a 2GB stick?

    How do I install it?

    Thank you so much!

I have had my 1005ha almost two weeks. This is the ram that I bought

You need a 2GB 200pin DDR2 stick, the 1005 only has 1 ram slot. The upgrade is really easy. The back has a cover that is held on by 1 screw. Remove screw and open from the end the screw is on and open, takes alittle force. The rest of the process is pretty self explanatory except that after install is complete you need to enter the BIOS by pressing F2 upon first bootup for it to recognize the new ram. THATS IT.
