    I have Asus K42JA-VX032D.

i installed Win-8 4 months back and there was no problem and my battery was weared out so i removed it from laptop.

After that there was a small problem when i start my CPU directly the Fan starts but the Laptop don't.
After i left the Fan open sometime and start the Laptop it got starts.

Now the situation is worse, when the Window icon appears during the start up the Laptop gets shutdown and Fan starts rotating faster.
Sometime the laptop starts for 15Min after that the same problem repeats.

Any Idea What causing this problem.

    Please reply.

So...your laptop doesn't power on properly? Sounds like a power circuitry issue with your motherboard. Have you tried another ASUS charger?

Thanks for your quick reply... :)

No i didn't tried another charger.
But i think you are going in right direction as when i play High End Games the temp of My CPU shoots suddenly up and sometime it shoes error related to CPU Core Clocks.

Let me try another charger i will get back to you then.

Does Internal Circuitry Fault can cause this power issue also?

You originally posted that your fans would spin but your laptop wouldn't power on, an error of CPU core clocks would be IMO unrelated. It seems like you have a power circuitry issue, hence I suggested another charger. Is your laptop still under warranty, might want to give ASUS a call.

So might be a laptop charger problem.

Tried Asus X53U charger with my laptop. Same problem.
But the Charger is smaller may be the Wattage is low.
But the laptop is running fine on Battery.

    Any Idea ???
