    Hi,
yesterday i tried to flash my bios from version 203 to 220 using Asus bios update utility(it was a bad idea). all went good, i restarted my computer bios asked me if i want to restore defaults(i chose yes), then i had gone through ubuntu screen where i have to choose which OS i would like to use, i selected windows 7 32bit.then windows loading sreen came up and after a few seconds the screen went blank.
i shut down the computer and restarted and since then nothing appears on my screen when i try to turn it on. just the numlock lights are flashing.

then i tried to do a blindflash using an usb key(removing HDD). nothing changed. maybe i did something wrong. i can upload the contents of the usb if needed.

    i await your reply

    Thanks for reply.
unfortunately i didn't, i just ran the asus bios update utility from windows. name of my bios file was K50ABAS.220 and i opened it under the "all files" selection.
Now my screen shows nothing after i turn on the computer, so i cant follow these steps.

Same issue here. And when trying to ctrl+home, laptop turns off immediately. Did you solve this? How? Thank you.
