    Dear all,
It came down to me having to replace the BIOS chip on my laptop, and I ordered a new one, and I have a professional to replace it (that is not in a computer repaor business, he actually tends to a linear accelerator at my school, so I don't doubt his soldering expertise), but I am not quite sure about the location of the BIOS chip on the motherboard, so could somebody PLEASE help me,with a picture of it, or something like that?

    Thanks in advance.

If you already have the BIOS chip you should be able to very easily identify it once you have removed the main board from the laptop.

You aren't going to find any other chips on there that look just like the replacement chip.
