    Dear all,

I need to replace the main board of an Asus X53Sa, but the replacement i found appear to have a newer revision.

For instance, the main board model currently in the F3Sa has P/N: 08G2003FA20G and the revision is 2.0. The available motherboards have P/N 08G2003FA22G and the revision is 2.2.

Is the new revision compatible with the old peripherals?
    Any suggestion?

It should work what you need to verify is if that is the replacement board for your system based on Serial or Product Number or if that is the update board from the Board Service Manual. If all matches it should work.
