My x75a has only 2 usb2 & 1 usb 3 and there are times I wish I had another 1 or 2. Trying to avoid using external hubs. This particular laptop does not have bluetooth although it is an option for the line. I see what appears to be a mini pci-e socket in the location, but not can not confirm via google. If it is, I'm wondering if there is a mini pci-e to usb3 adapter that I can use here. Prefer not to dremel the case to add panel-mounts, but can if necessary.

eSata: My biggest problem is testing restored backups (SSD). I've seen optical replacement caddies, but I really don't need to have a permanent dvd/hdd replacement. Ideally I'd like a hot-swap caddy, but haven't found any so far. A caddy-like eSata unit would be great. Haven't seen anything like that either.

    Seen anything, even MacGyver type?
