I noticed the other day that several major UK retailers have finally got the Hitachi 7K500 in stock although it is around £90 but it seems worth it cos my HDD is full and very slow

eBay is the way to go if you can't find stock. I live in Korea and got two the week they were released.

That's a pretty good price. I have ordered this from them earlier today. Everything on the page indicates it is a 7K500, and at this price, its a fairly good deal. Other shops and retailers have it for around £85 to £90. Dabs is a reputable online shop too.
Had a look on ebay earlier. None were available. I guess once it trickles down the supply chain a little more or once stocks are higher, ebay sellers will get them in. -
are u sure they're none on ebay? Can't u get some from international reseller than?
-
yeah that is a good price at dabs i may get it from there. i dont really trust ebay as much and espeically international sellers not to mention the shipping costs and tax you have to pay

Yes, there are some I think. But, like wildman_33 mentions, I too am a little hessitant on buying tech from ebay. The only real percieved advantage ebay offers is price, but I find most the time, its usually the same on ebay and actual online retailers like Dabs etc.
At last i can get the 7k500
