I have the audigy 2 ZS soundcard. When i first got it, it would not play through my speakers and siad it was not compatible. I randomly tried it again by hitting the test button, and it worked! Here is my question, is it actually using the card when it goes through the speakers, and how did i make it do that??? lol, thanks!

Yes, the decoding goes through your card and no, I don't know how you "did" it but I suspect it's a hiccup with the card and/or Creative's software.

For decoding, you need a software to do it. I don't know what your Audigy 2ZS PCMCIA(right??) 's bundle software come with. If not that issue, please check the driver, and make sure the windows already accept the driver and detect it already.
