Hi all, this is my first post sorry if I am missing any formalities.
Long story short: my laptop gpu died and I am trying to run windows with it removed but windows shuts down after a few min. IS there another component broken?

    Specs:
    MSI Barebone 1762
    8gb ram
    gtx 680m
    i7 3920xm
    intel ssd
    seagate hssd

    The entire story:
Yesterday I had left dark souls 2 open on my laptop for around 15-20min while I was in the kitchen,
When I came back and started playing after a minute or so my laptop, tv, and stereo all turn off.
The tv and stereo work fine but my laptop wasn't booting up.
The LED's on it would blink once when I pressed the power button and that was it.
    I tried:
    - flushing power
    - re seating ram
    - unplugging hdd and ssd

Finally I took it in to a local repair shop and after a day he gets back to me telling me my gpu is done, but there is not visible damage.
Apparently the system boots up now when the gpu is removed and it runs on my intel integrated gpu (I have i7 3920xm)
This is true my system boots up but when running windows for more than 3 minutes the laptop just shuts down instantly.

Why is this happening? I have an unlocked bios, is the bios having issues? Is my laptop overheating or is the voltage not being distributed properly?
Thank you for reading all this and helping
