This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    lol uncle grandpa! Hey thanks again, mines must've arrived on Saturday, I just installed it into my HP EliteBook 725 G2 J5N82UT and it didn't reject it. Great since this is an AMD-based PC! Now I have an excuse to upgrade to an 802.11ac WiFi router.

    Many people upload bioses with whitelists removed. Also there are tutorials on doing it yourself that can be found online. Searching for "Lenovo XXXX whitelist removal" does the trick.
