    from time to time I get a BSOD that says sys failure due to RAM/paraty check or something like that and it says that system has haulted and I have no choice but to hold down the powerbutton and shutdown/restart it.

    What could be causing this? it usually happens when I am doing something light such as web browsing or light photo editing.
