    Gidday guys

I am chasing some software to give me a bit more accurate idea of what's going on with my battery (specifically discharge rate and time remaining) than the standard Vista guesstimate in the toolbar. There seems to be quite a few out there, BatterMon, BatteryBar etc, what in your opinions is the best and most accurate?

    Regards to all.

Personally, I just use the battery monitor in RMClock. Gives designed capacity, actual capacity, charging and discharging rates, and I feel like it's generally pretty accurate...

I use BatteryMon though it is not free, plenty of info on the battery accurate on every laptop I own. Benchmark is okay could ask for a little more from the logger however.

I use batterybar. It is free but there is also a pro version. I like it.

Before getting my Thinkpad (whose Power Manager utility is very accurate), I used BatteryBar on my old laptop. Quite accurate, and I love the fact that you don't have to hover on an icon to see how much battery is left.
