    Battery suggestion!

    I own a gateway ID49C. My battery full capacity is capping around 85% so I am assuming my battery is dying. I decided to look for a new battery on eBay. as10h31 | eBay. The original battery for my laptop is a 6 cell 4400maH.

    Genuine Batterie Pour AS10H31 AS10H3E AS10H51 9cell | eBay I was thinking of getting a 9 cell 6600maH. The only thing that is keeping me back is the fact that, if it is OEM? or if even it is fake, would it be able to provide more usage for my laptop? There are 6000maH batteries as well.

    Please suggest which would be a better choice for me to take. I need good battery for school and am willing to spend few extra bucks for longer life but am just afraid that the 6600maH is false advertising.

    I almost said go for it, but eBay, yeah.

    If it really is 50% higher capacity than your current (when new) battery, then it will be worth it.

    Are there not any other more reputable stores to shop from?
