I've just bought 1GB RAM DDR2 PC4200 Corsair VS1GSDS533D2 and installed on my Joybook P41 but unfortunetely my notebook can't start up :(

I have swapped the memory to other notebook and the memory works fine. I have contacted BenQ support and they only suggest me to change the memory to other brand (Nanya) with similar specification

Is there any idea how can I install the memory in to my notebook?

I have checked both Corsair and Nanya have equal specification, DDR2 PC4200 and 128M x 64 memory organization.

Have you tried the other RAM slot?
