My PCSpecialist Optimus V (Clevo W350STQ) temps seems particularly high and I have repasted several times and last year I sent the machine back to PCSpecialist and had the heatsink assembly replaced. I didn't see a great improvement.

I recently bought some Coolermaster MasterGel, not everyone's favourite I know, and I am about to try repasting again but I would like to scientifically test the results.

I just tried OCCT and both CPU (i7-4710MQ) and GPU (GTX860m) tests stopped because of temperatures reaching their maximum. Should I just increase the max temps in the settings?

My GPU temps are regularly above 95 whilst playing games, mainly Codemasters racing games.
