I am looking for a fast relieable 100gb SSD. What are the top 3 picks going right now??

I've heard good things about Sandforce based drives, such as the OCZ Vertex 2, or Corsair Force F100. Or for 128GB you can get the Crucial RealSSD C300 for $400. Anandtech has a good benchmark list here.
Personally, I'd go for the Intel X-25M 160GB, they are a bit more space than you want but they are reliable and offer good performance. -
I would wait for the intel X-25M G3, which is 25nm and predicted to cut cost by around 40%.
-
And even if you don't get the G3, there will be people selling their G2's to get a G3. The G2's are still awesome drives.

I have the OWC drive in my system right now and recently put it through the paces. Here is the Crystal Score...
I would say it is a top 3 ssd right now if not top 2. -
I have a 120 GB Vertex 1. (1.5 firmware)
It's not the best drive, but it certainly is a very very good upgrade.
I would say the Intel 80GB G2 drive is the best. The Vertex 2 is probably among the leaders chasing the Intel drive. -

I hope they get down to my <$1 per GB ultimatum. I'm really starting to want an SSD.

The best 100GB SSD? Vertex 2. Vertex LE comes really close though and is often cheaper.
Intel G2 80GB is $194 now at Newegg. Good budget choice.
Anandtech says Intel told him the G3 will come mid-year.
Best 100gb SSD?
