Would like to get a 4G LTE miniPCI-E card that would work on the Bell/Telus network in Canada, particularly in Northern British Columbia and in Newfoundland. And on Verizon in the US. Have a miniPCI-E WWAN slot available on my Dell Latitude D830 with 2 antenna leads. Don't want to pay a lot either.

What's available out there? I see Sierra Wireless MC7750's relatively cheap on eBay, but they are branded "Lenovo". Can I use a Lenovo-branded card in a Dell Laptop? The Dell doesn't have a whitelist.
