Does anyone have any suggestions on the best computer monitoring / tweaking software such as SpeedFan that lets me monitor my temps and control fan speed? I'd like a program that is a bit better than SpeedFan, so are there any suggestions on what is the best?

You cannot control fan speeds on a laptop unless you have a Dell or a Sager.

    HWMonitor for general temp monitoring.
    CPU-Z for detailed CPU information
    GPU-Z for detailed GPU information
    HTune for harddrive benchmarking
    3DMark06 for general benchmarking
Rivatuner or nTools for GPU overclocking
    SetFSB for CPU overclocking
RMClock or Crystal CPUID for CPU undervolting
