    Hi guys,

I was wondering, what is the best netbook for sub $500?

Now, from what I understand, AMD E-350 Zacate APU is best option for Netbooks. IS THAT TRUE? If so, which brand of Netbook and which Model has best performance?

    Also,

    Is Llano made for Netbooks?

Zacate is a good alternative to the ULV Arrandale processors. But the ULV Arrandale i5/i7 will trample over the Zacate cores for processing power while the 6310 GPU will outclass the Intel HD graphics.

Llano will be the midrange Fusion APU.

When talking true netbooks your looking at either an atom or a amd ALU chip. Of the 2 amd wins hands down. The only netbook I would look at is the x120e, but then again Im VERY biased.

The best notebook for you depends on your individual needs. You didn't list any, so no proper recommendation can be made.
