    I have a lenovo t430 with i7 3612qm, 8gb ddr3 1600mhz ram, windows 7 64bit, smart card reader, express slot, nvidia nvs 5400m.

    What I am looking for:

I need a device which is can convert the anologue to digital via usb or expresscard (USB video capturing device). Whichever will be better. I would like for it to have a TV tuner that can pick up HDTV but if there isnt any good converters that have a tuner then I can live iwthout that, but if you wanna get on my good side find one with it haha. Id really like the best conversion quality out there from the device even if I have to use other software. I am going to be converting hi8 tapes as well using s video cable but I believe the vhs uses the 3 composite cables. SO it has to have all those adapters. I know there is alot of these devices out there but I want the best that is portable and as stated the tv tuner would be awesome as long as those products dont lack on the conversion aspects since thats my main concern.

Id like it if there was an extremely reliable expresscard or something of the sort with all these components but if I have to settle for usb for quality then so be it. A internal antenna would be perfect or one that attaches to the expresscard would be cool but I dont know if they exist! My limit is 100 bucks and hopefully I can get a good deal on ebay.

Some devices I have found for the USB capturing is the Diamond vc500 and roxio vhs to dvd , those with tuners I found were the ati hd wonder 600 but it seems pretty old and there is new ones out but I didnt know which was the best and had all the adapters I looked for. Any advice would be truely appreciated. Thanks and look forward to some ideas!!

If there is even something that also has hdmi capabilities so I could hook a ps3 up to my laptop that would be cool as well. Maybe I am just dreaming with all these requirements haha.
