    Hi,
I am new in this SSD territory...
I want to buy some very cheap SSD as I wrote in tittle...

Or maybe it is better to go with WD Black 750GB- similar price...
Is it really slower very much...
    What are best solutions-thanks...

Without a doubt, Crucial C300 64GB. But that's $20 above your price limit..

    Personally speaking, definitely worth it.

No, SATA III SSDs will work fine on SATA II machines. You just won't achieve the same speeds. Alternatively, you could buy a SATA II SSD if you want :) In that case, I'd suggest going for an Intel....preferably G2 (2nd Generation).

I would go for the C300 at 64GB because the 34nm NAND should really help. Intel is good as well.

Help what? If you mean long term reliability you've got a point.

Most people have more than enough with 3000 write cycles though.

I did mean with regards to long term reliability. I know a guy with a Vertex (?)60/64GB and his SSD just died.

Just noticed the Crucial M4 for $115 including shipping after MIR @ Newegg.
Newegg.com - Crucial M4 CT064M4SSD2 2.5" 64GB SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)
Yeah makes sense, Vertex 1, 2 and 3 have the lowest reliability rates of any SSD.

Reliability with the M4 should be very good, just like with the C300.

Can I make dual boot on that way that one OS is on SSD and other/others on old hard disc?

If you're in the USA, Newegg has the Kingston V+ 96GB. $150 minus $50 mail-in rebate minus $10 if you're a new customer, or most existing customers get 10% off with the latest promo. I'm going to get one I think if they get back in stock today (10% off expires today), so will cost me $85 in the end. It won't break any benchmarks, but it's power consumption is good.

Well, mail in rebate is only good for US residents. I you don't get the rebate, not a good deal.

And I run an SSD / HDD combo in my laptop. Runs great. Just install OS and apps on the SSD, and I just point my documents to a folder on the D: (HDD) drive. I install all games on the D drive as well, unless a game will benefit from the SSD.

You can, but I think as HT was referring to, instead you can load your os on the ssd, any programs you need on it also, and then have your docs, temp and other items on the hdd, and use the speed of the SSD to run your prog's, keep your downloads and docs and whatever on the larger hdd. I did exactly that on my lappy, SSD in the drive slot, hdd in my caddy in the optical drive bay, and just use one OS.

I had one laptop that for work proprietary programs needed xp, but for personal reasons, I wanted to run win7, so on one drive I had dual boot partitions. On another laptop, I had 2 drives, ran 2 different OS's and no issues. But my best results came when I no longer needed 2 OS's to run, and did the above with 1 OS on the ssd, and all my non-essential stuff on the hdd. Saves writes, but with the way HT wrote, it still keeps the programs I need to run fast on the SSD.

I have run dual boot win xp and win 7, another was win7 and linux, and at one time on one drive win xp, win 7 32 bit and win7 64 bit. No issues, but I only did that because for work I needed programs that required all OS's. Thanks to modern programing (or our company finally upgrading) that eliminated the older os's. If you really need more than one os, let us know and many people on here will help you through this.
