I have an Asus G51 that is without a screen, and I've thought about turning the computer part of it into either a real small computer or an all in one using a normal monitor LCD/LED (honestly I want to do that most) and I may need to make some plastic parts in order to get everything nice and straight if I decide to get very comprehensive with it. What are suggestions for proper materials for this kind of modding that is readily available at a hardware store maybe and is also easy to make into things? And wood is out of the question, as well as glass. I'd appreciate the suggestions, as I have no absolute plans in place yet, but I have many ideas on how I can make this happen, be them quite simple, or very complicated and more professional looking.
