What is the best, cheap, quality, external HD for use with Notebook? I'm looking for something with 100+GB's. I want it to be relatively fast too. With a decent price.

Well, if you buld the external HD, that would be cheaper, and also it is depends on what is the size of the HD, 2.5" or 3.5." Of course, if you would go with the 2.5" it will be expensive then the 3.5" HD.

Got my 250GB external Western Digital enclosure/HDD combo for $90. Thought it was an awesome deal, then I hear people get the same thing for $50 on Black Friday. Argh!

P.S. Oh yeah and it works well, bit of a loud hum though and vibrates the wall...
