Hi, I bought a GW laptop 2 years ago including BB's Performance Plan. The plan is covering one battery replacement during the 3 year coverage.
    Has anybody tried this?
Do you have to bring your laptop in?
Do they give you the new battery right away or it's a long wait until they send your laptop somewhere else and back?
Since it's not repair it should be quick...or am I wrong?
Do they keep the old battery?
    Lots of questions.... :)

    Thanks!!

    1. I had unlimited battery replacements with mine.
    2. I think so? I'm not sure -- I always did.
    3. They don't give you jack. You have to wait for a battery to ship from "the warehouse."
    4. Wrong!
    5. No, you keep it.
