I hear a lot of people saying that there is Bing Cashback at CC but I cannot find it. It is not on the Bing cashback site when you search for it but under a normal search it does say it. However, when you click on the link, it does not ask you to sign into Bing as it normally does for Cashback so I don't trust it.
Anyone else notice this?

Is the new Circuit City even a reputable retailer?
-
It is basically owned by the same people as Tiger Direct and CompUSA.
-
By the way the bing cashback logo is in the cart, but I still don't understand why it didn't want me to sign in!
-
Circuit city didnt go out of business??
-
They did, but another company bought the domain and corporate IP (logos, etc) and set up an online tech retail portal.
-
Compusa, Circuit City, SytemMax, and others are all long gone now, Its just the names that are owned by TigerDirect now. They basically bought out all the bankrupt retailers names but everything is run by TigerDirect and thier buisness model.

Yeah and for a little update I called CC and they said that if you aren't logging in then it won't count even if it shows the savings in the CC cart. They made me take 4 screenshots to show what was going on.
I really hope they get this fixed by tonight so I can still get the Paypal cash back! -
UPDATE: You do NOT need to sign into Bing before ordering from circuitcity.com to get cash back. At the end of the ordering process it will ask if you want your e-mail sent to Bing so that you can get your money.
Yay! -
Thank you for the info.

Basically Systemax (Tiger Direct's Parent), purchased the Corporate Rights to CompUSA and Circuit City to improve its exposure to the retail market. (Tiger Direct obviously is geared towards the component and builder's market).
All come from the same warehouse and are processed through the same secure system, so I wouldn't have any qualms about trusting it.
