I am planning on buying a sager notebook, but I have a question about the display on blu ray. I have heard the WUXGA is better the WSXGA for blu-ray, but i have also heard "glare type" is better then "matte type" as well, problem is, with the laptop I am buying, the WUXGA comes with matte, and the WSXGA comes with glare, so which should I get?

The bigger resolution for blu ray the better. Also a glossy screen is better for bright colors :D, I hope this helps.

Get 1920x1080 or 1920x1200 resolution screen so you can extract the full 1080p properties of blueray, otherwise you may as well just be watching DVD.

Even still such a small screen you wont really get the full benefit of 1080p like you do on a big screen TV.

Screen type wont matter, just the quality of the screen.

Glossy tends to enhance vibrance some, and contrast but at the cost of reflections and less accurate colors.

Matte is more plain and true to life colors, but has no reflections on it so you can watch a movie with light around you....
