I've seen a variety of USB/wireless/WWAN/card reader pieces of ExpressCard slot hardware, but nothing is out there for Bluetooth. I have a Sony VAIO FZ-190 with an internal bluetooth problem and would vey much love to have an option like the ExpressCard. I know there are micro adapters out there, but I'd rather not take up another USB port and appreciate the pseudo-internalization that the ExpressCard would offer.

Does anyone know if such an adapter exists? I've done a few searches on different hardware sites (Newegg/TigerDirect) and have come up empty so far.

isn't the internal modules in the mini pcie.... so if he is having problems with that , using a new one in the slots isn't going to help..
