There's a built in Bluetooth module in your laptop... its most probably not working... try get a new one off ebay or use an alternative way of getting bluetooth by buying Bluetooth USB stick , Expresscard etc... anyways it should dell bluetooth module...best i can help to my knowledge..

Thank you for your replies.....my exact problem is whenever i connect to internet via bluetooth, after sometimes the chrome sign in the task bar disappears(see attached file, which is showing both chrome sign and two blue colored monitors) and i can see only two lighted monitors.
after that my memory card reader also stops responding, usb ports also and when i try to shutdown my computer is doesn't start and shows a blue screen and then restart.
please help me and fell free to ask any questions..
thank you.Attached Files:

Have u tried using a different bluetooth adapter like an expresscard or USB stick? If that works , ur internal bluetooth adapter is spoilt.
