Hi guys not sure anyone knows what’s the issue here, i will try to explain it the best i can, my OS is win 7 pro 64bit

    C: Samsung 830m SSD
    D: 1TB Segate HDD

This issue will only happen after windows has booted up, so first of all windows will always boot up fine.

what happens is, some times after booting up windows, everything looks fine mouse is fine, clock is running, but if i try clicking on any program it wont open at all, but i can see the hard disk trying to load, I have to reset to fix it.

or sometimes i go in to windows explore and i click or C: and D: both will not load up, but it will not disappear (I know when a HDD is going to die, it will sometimes disappear when you try to accesses it) so what it dose is the green search bar on top will just keep on running as if you type in something in search and it’s trying to search it, and my HDD light is running, during this time everything else is still running fine. The only way I can accesses my files again, is the reset the system.

The system and HDD SSD are only 1 week old, so I don’t think both HDD and SSD are faulty

Has anyone had this before? What is the issue here? How do I fix it? Or what is the issue call and ill try to find a fix my self

    Thanks

Try uninstalling KB2778344 from your system and see how much better it is.

    Good luck.

You can also try loading your last known good configuration (hold F8 during start up). Or, try a system restore point.

It is a Windows update that has shown some issues. Go to control panel, programs and then look for that update, then uninstall. If it makes no difference, you can always reinstall it later.
