I don't know what I can upgrade. But what I want to upgrade is the graphics card, and the screen resolution. Is this possible?

You can't upgrade the graphics card, so make sure you get the best you can now. The screen...well, you could but I don't know how to do it...the parts are generally expensive, again get the highest resolution right away.

No, you can't upgrade the graphics card or the screen resolution. You may be able to replace the display if you send it into Dell, but it would be an expensive upgrade.
