I'm getting a Dell XPS M1530 and the RAM seems to be a huge rip off I want to get 4GB should I buy the RAM from Dell or not? Is dell's RAM diffrent? If so is it worth spending $400 on?

Ram comes with its own warranty, so you definitely should get the ram from newegg. This new ram will not void your Dell warranty.

Get the cheapest and then go to Ebay and get 4Gb for 95 bucks....still cheaper than the 125 they want.
