eBay or Amazon would be your best bet.

Since you gave no specs on the notebook no one will know if it can be upgraded.

I've had a lot of good luck googling the product I want, then click the shopping tab. It can find some pretty obscure deals on almost anything I am looking to buy. For example I just got one of those Moga Power Pro android game controllers. Normally $80 dollars, Went to Target and walked out with it for $50. It works for walk in stores as well as online shops.
