    C90P MN8600M GT/HTDI/256M/A(C473)
    Chip Name NVIDIA NB8E-GT

I trust the one who recommended this part to me for the C90S however
I think its time to make a post informing others of the problem that may or
may not occur if someone else pursues this video card as a replacement.

There is a glitch that occurs every time a video file is loaded or at random
times when just scrolling thru pages online or in windows.

The glitch looks like a horizontal black & white strange combo that can
take up the entire screen or small sections for anywhere ranging from a
split second to 3 whole seconds at worst.

If someone is aware of how to fix the problem feel free to post away.
I've tried sending my card back for a complete exchange of a new one,
cleaned out all my video drivers and re-installed them (186.81).

Still the problem persists so consider this the heads up.

It's been said many times before. The 8400M and 8600M series chips are faulty. NVIDIA has acknowledged this, and generally after 2 years your card is likely to fail.

As for your problem, the only way to fix it is to replace the card, or bake the current card when it dies completely.

How does this address a brand new card?

surely if it was the gpu failing the problem would always be there rather than just sometime i could be wrong though.

at least your gpu is mxm and can be replaced or baked. i wont have that option if mine fails

That is odd considering it is a new card. I assume you are running stock clocks and have the temps under control?

Why not try some older drivers?
