There is really no point to having a lower cas latency, it doesnt show any difference in normal system performance. Not even memory specific applications are going to run any different with cas5 or even cas6 memory.

Kingston usually uses qimonda memory chips, so chances are that some generic brand memory has the same specs
You can check what memory the card uses. Kingston usually has a datasheet for every memory model
Its going to be hard to find though
