Through some very decent guys (i.e shop) I got the option to build a laptop; Clevo P150EM from scratch, which decreased the price by about 40%~. My current setup is the one below. And I was thinking of getting a 3720QM or better if it falls under 200£. The GPU I'll be getting is a 680m, and I was wondering what you guys think? I'll be streaming gameplay at 720p (or 1080?) but nothing fancy like BF3. If anything it'll be D3 or "insert MMO" here. As for others, it'll be just Hi10 AVC encoding and some PS, and that's about it.

TLDR: Worth upgrading to 3720QM, or will my current CPU handle it?

Not sure what you're looking for here, but a 680m and 3720qm will be plenty for your listed needs, even at 1080p. You could play your games on ultra settings even with something a step down from the 680m, but if you're saving that much money already, I would say stick with that GPU and CPU.

Don't see your config, not much improvement if it was the 3630qm.MMO and BF3 are generally CPU intensive and if you need to encode in high bit rate(if the network bandwidth allows), more CPU power is always better . But for 200£(assuming from 3630qm/3610qm), it is not worth it imo.
