My CPU is running pretty hot, idle temperatures at around 56 C, and when playing games or doing things with a high load, the temp can spike up to 85 C . The thing is, it's been like this ever since I got the computer, and there's never been any problems with my computer. I'm just worried about the high temperatures.
My graphics card however, runs pretty cool, topping at 70 C, while in the 40s during idle time. My specs are in my sig, if that helps.

Undervolt using K10Stat with this guide. I had around that temp under load as well and now it never goes higher than 76C

Ok, I just undervolted it, but the idle temp is still the same. I've undervolted this before, but then I did a clean reinstall so lost it, but I still know the stable voltage.
I'll run some tests soon, hopefully I don't get BSOD or still high temps -
also try the well known guide, here on nbr... The Undervolting Guide
spray out your vents/fans, and possibly get a notebook cooler. if you're confortable with getting technical, re-doing thermal paste can help.
